Evaluation of the development program anemon dive club

This study aims to evaluate the coaching program of Anemon Dive Club, which is a sports association that fosters and develops swimming in Indonesia. In this evaluation, used survey method using CIPP model, namely, Context, Input, Process, Product. From results it concluded that: context stage, Club considered very good, implementation carried out according Vision Mission. Then Goals Strategic Plans serve as guidelines references Anemone program. The input involves performance, training programs, athletes, availability coaches, infrastructure funding sources Very Good, 83.5%. process stage includes effectiveness with an average rating 82.98%. last namely product being evaluated achievement targets regarding assessment pattern out. next academic field by participating winning events diving, athletes who excel can enter excellent schools pathway, so addition achievements, achievements also be obtained.
